How to deploy saved searches to all the users on WEB-UI in CRM 2007?

Dear experts,

 

I am trying to deploy saved searches globally across all the users in the CRM 2007 system. Most of my searches are related to Activity search component BT126S_APPT.

 

I tried to change the table CRMD_SHORTCUT.

It is not deploying the search to all the users with different business roles. I would like to deploy based on the application area. 

 

Do you know what is the application area that I need to enter in the field "Audience Key" for activity search.

 

All the valid answers will be rewarded.

Delete the error message in an order in a BADI

Hi All,

 

I am creating a a follow up transaction and my requirement is as follows. When the second order is getting created, I need to clear the error message in first order. So I have the order number with me. Is there any way to delete specific messages of an order?. I checked many threads but couldn't get a right answer.

How to retrieve the deleted Transport request (Cust)

Hi,

 

I have deleted the Customizing Transport Request, by mistake. Now, I am trying to get the TR back.

 

Could you please let me know if there is any way that I can recover my Transport Request.

Print Preview not working in CRM Web UI

Hi

 

 

I have created a service contract quote in Web UI and have released the same. An action to create the print output has been created and attached to the transaction.

 

A smartform has been developed to show the output as a PDF. This smartform is working fine in SAP GUI. We are able to see the output in SAP GUI.

 

But in Web UI, when I schedule this print action, the same is scheduled successfully. But when I hit the print preview button another window opens up with the error "Error occurs in Smart Form'.

 

I am not sure why this error is coming. Please help in case you have any inputs on how to fix this issue.

Copy saved search to another business role

Hello,

 

I am trying to copy saved searches of a user with a certian CRM business role for another role. Appreciate any help.

 

 

Business scenario

I have a saved search in the table CRMD_SHORTCUT that is specific to a user for a certain role. That user is now moving roles within the organization. Hence, I need to make his saved search available in another role.

 

What I have done

I created a new entry with the same information as the existing saved search and changed the business role.

 

TYPE = ADVSEARCH

Description = added same description

Application = New business roles

Related object = BuilContactAdvancedSearch

NAV_DESCRIPTOR = <ui object type>BP_CONTACT</ui object type>

AUDIENCE_TYPE = USER

AUDIENCE_KEY = <userid>

OWNER_TYPE = USER
OWNER_KEY = <userid>

PARAMETER = same as existing entry

 

Issue
I am unable to add the same GUID as the existing search also has the guid. So, I left the field blank.

 

When I log in, I am not able to see the newly created saved search using the new CRM business role.

 

Please advise.

Requirement to read document from invoice on webui

I have requirement to read attached documents on invoice and then attached documents to email.

 

i have added button of email on view and able to navigate to email screen. but i am not able to read documents and attach.

SAP CRM ABAP 7.0 - Interactive Reporting Configuration Wizard

Hello,

 

I am trying to configure SAP CRM ABAP 7.0 - Interactive Reporting Configuration Wizard as per note: Note 1146395 - Configuring CRM Interactive Reporting.

I have two client. One for CRM other for BI.

 

When I run transaction /CRMBW/CONFIG_WIZARD in CRM client, all other is coming in green except :

 

BI    DataSource /CRMBW/ACT_CAT_TXT (version 'A') is not connected to InfoSource

BI    DataSource /CRMBW/ACT_ID_TEXT (version 'A') is not connected to InfoSource

BI    DataSource /CRMBW/ACT_STATUSC_TEXT (version 'A') is not connected to InfoSource

BI    DataSource /CRMBW/AC_INDICATOR_TEXT (version 'A') is not connected to InfoSource

BI    DataSource /CRMBW/BOOL_TEXT (version 'A') is not connected to InfoSource

BI    DataSource /CRMBW/CANCPAR_TEXT (version 'A') is not connected to InfoSource

BI    DataSource /CRMBW/CANC_RE_TEXT (version 'A') is not connected to InfoSource

 

There are such 83 errors.

 

Can you let me know how to resolve these errors ?

Merging multiple Adobe forms content into Single Adobe Form

Hi All,

 

 

   Can we merge the multiple adobe form into a single adobe form in CRM.

 

 

  I appended both the adobe form content in a single internal table and tried to download PDF file using FM "GUI_DOWNLOAD" I was able to see only the first form.

 

Could any one guide to solve this issue.

Enhancing component fails-Enhancement Set doesnt exist

Hi All

 

   I am trying to enahce a component. I naviagted to the component. I clicked on the 'Enhance Component' button. I entered the name of a Enhancement Set which doesn't exist. The system throws an error 'Enahncement Set XYZ doesnt exist'. I created a Z Component in the BSP_WD_CMPWB transaction. I entered this value in the field for Enhancement Set and it still gives me the error message. What should I do? Search help returns no values.

CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND in SAPMSSY1

Hi experts,

 

I am getting daily 500-700 dumps in CRM production sytem in tcode-ST22.

Its being observe  that the cause of error regarding the dump is  CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND in SAPMSSY1.

Even in dump the short text is shows as Function module "/SSF/CALL_SUBROUTINE_RFC" not found.

For refernce i have added screen shot for the dump.

Kindly help me by sharing your valuable suggestions.

ZComponent is not coming in browser SAP CRM

I have created one zcomponent and I am trying to see that component in browser but it is not coming in that browser.

 

In that Z component i have done below steps:-

 

1) Defined one Model ONEORDERSO

2) Created one view with two nodes; BTADMINH & BTOPPORTH

3) Defined four fields from each context node into configuration

4) Embedded this View in window

5) Clicking on Test button

 

It goes to browser , it shows loading and the screen become white , nothing appears on this screen,.

 

While If I do normal login I am able to see other roles and I can view CRM application.

 

Please suggest

Template for Quotation creation in SAP CRM Web Ui

Hi,

 

I have a requirement to design template for business users to create quotations easily in SAP CRM Web UI. Users requirement is to default some values at header /item level based on sales org specific. The template has to help to achieve this requirement. I checked SPRO, there is SALT - sales order template transaction type. My requirement is to include template in the existing quote types. Any help or documentation will be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to display text messages on the opening page within CRM? For example, if you wanted to alert CRM users to outages, news or system changes.

New search selections in Activity Monitor

Hi experts,

 

I'm searching for a report where I can search for all activities created by a specific employee. In transaction "S_AE2_89000019" (Activity Monitor) I found the most of what I'm looking for but I can't search for "created by" which actually is presented in the result list later on:

So I added the field "Created by" in the selection critera and also "Created on" just to avoid heavy loads of data.CRM1.png

But when I enter a specific user and date as below I got following pop up after executing:

So I guess the system is telling me that there are "121095" documents found and if I want all of them I need to press continue. If I have entered some search critera's as above I only want the result presented based on these search critera's. The system seems to ignore my added information in the two new fields. I don't get the above pop up after executing when I run the standard report and added some search criteria there as well. So something isn't right regarding my new added fields. Any ideas? I have a lot less documents in the development system and if I try to run the new fields in there I got the same pop up as above but only 154 documents which means when I press continue I don't get the run time error and can see that the result is based on the specific data I entered in my new fields. Conclusion, in some way my new fields seems to work but not all the way.

Auto populating Prospect and Contact

Hi Team,

 

In IC confirm an Account.

Click on Activity search work center.

Click on new button(Available on result list view).

Account and Contact are auto populated.

 

Similarly when I click on Lead search work center and new button(Available on result list view) Prospect and Contact are not populated.

 

I have debugged on_new_focus method BT126H_CALL/SCDetails and BT108H_LEA/Detail views.

I found that relations of BTPARTNERSET entity are not bound for Lead.

 

I guess this is because of some config.

Could you please suggest solution for this.

Hello,

 

 

In transaction SMQ1, I have a error The ASSERT condition was violated.

 

I go to transaction st22 in R3 and I see the next dump in the line 50:

 

assert <kna1> is assigned in the program FILL_CUST_CENTRAL that

 

corresponds to the class CVI_EI_ADAPTER.

 

Where is the solution about this error?

ECC BSP page display from CRM through Transaction Launcher

We have a BSP application in ECC and want to launch the page from CRM using transaction launcher. The page is already launched from a different link. Is it possible to use the same transaction launcher from new link to navigate to the same page?

Value attribute in web ui behaving different if put in first column of table view

Hi Experts,

 

I have created a new checkbox field as value node in BP Contact relationship block. Based on some conditions the field value is checked or unchecked in a row. It gives proper output except when the field is placed in first column. It put check on a different row. Everywhere else the field is good. Can you please provide me any reason and solution?
