Pricing Conditions

Hi,

 

We have a requirement where we are supposed to determine the Pricing conditions based on Sales area, Partner and Product.

 

Are there any function modules or tables in CRM which will meet this requirement? Header and Item GUIDs are not available; we are supposed to determine the Pricing conditions based on Sales area, Partner and Product only.

 

Help me, Please...

Help to set value of an attribute based on value selected in another field

Hi all,

 

I want to set the value of an attribute STRUCT.ITM_TYPE to a default value whenever i select one of the value from dropdown list in LC_STATUS.

 

I tried to add an event in the get_p method of the lc_status but there i cant able to access the context of the ITM_TYPE as the fields are in different views.

BP Integration for Org Units

Hi,

 

I have added some new org units to a transport request using RHMOVE50.

 

When the request was imported into the QAS system they were added to the org model and asigned BP numbers. Unfortunately the BP numbers they have been assigned had already been created by the DNL_PLANT custmising download and assigned to plants.

 

Does anybody have any idea why an existing BP number would have been used during the creation of the org unit in the org model? Is there any way to fix this?

Question regarding Smart Value Help

Hello together,

 

we are using the smart value help in the postal code field (creation of bp). It looks like the search in google: I enter e.g. '7' and i'm getting all 7-postal codes in the drop-down-list. If i add '2' ('72') the system doesn't do a new search in the database but it select the 72-entries from the existing sample space.

In this case, the performance is very bad because the sample space with '7*' is very big.

 

Is there the possibilty to change the logic from "Do the database-search after the user entered the first letter" to "Do the database-search after the user entered three letters" ?

 

This would make more sense and would limit the sample space enormous.

Add "Tran. Block Reason" to search criteria's for Accounts

Hi experts,

 

I want to be able to search for all accounts with or without a blocking reason, the field I want to use is the standard field "Tran. Block Reason", see picture below:

and the field should be available in below search area:

 

CRM1.png

 

The problem is that I can't find the field under AET (configuration area):

CRM02.png

 

and I know that two other companies have it in this area. How can I add my field to above config. area and later on add it to the search critera for accounts?

Do documents attached in orders get linked with Account?

Hi,

 

In Interaction Center, we have a feature called "Document Search", it searches for the documents of the account that we have confirmed on the Interaction Center.

 

My question is, the attachments we make to any orders like Interaction Record, Opportunity etc , do they get linked with the account of those orders too? I am asking this question because , we have a requirement where the document search when performed on an account, it should fetch all the documents that are attached to the orders created under that account.

 

Is this a standard framework that these attachments of orders get linked to account?

How to insert a new customized user status in an existing business transaction?

Hi Gurus:

 

We have a service request where we need a new user status, but I have in a productive system service requests created already.

 

We customized the new user status for the transaction type that we are using, but how to retrieve in the old business transactions created this new user status?

 

Is there a way to insert the new customizing in old transactions? Is possible to force by some ABAP code to insert the new user status in some old business transactions?

 

I'll appreciate your inputs.

Hi All,

 

I am creating a a follow up transaction and my requirement is as follows. When the second order is getting created, I need to clear the error message in first order. So I have the order number with me. Is there any way to delete specific messages of an order?. I checked many threads but couldn't get a right answer.

How to add the question dynamically in crm survey?

I checked the two class CL_CRM_SVY_BUILDER and  CL_CRM_SVY_DOM.

 

IN htis method Insert_question method is there.

 

But how to use this method. What value should we pass in node.?

 

If anybody knows about it, then please let me know.

Few EEWB fields in BP are not visible in CRM7.0 after upgrade from CRM5.0

Hi Experts,

 

We have upgraded our SANDBOX (Copy of Live Production System CRM5.0) to CRM7.0.

 

After upgrade, we found in BP Screen that all the extensions have somefields missing out which were created by EEWB in "Customer Data" tab in Header.

 

We have 05 extensions in BP created by EEWB having fields in all of them. Now after upgrade we found that all 05 extensions are missing out some fields (in 01st extension 03 fileds missing, in 02nd Extension 05 fileds mising...............) in the GUI display of CRM7.0. These fileds exists in database tables and they have their relevant data intact. But they are not visible in Customer Data tab of BP screen in GUI.

 

I tried a lot drilling via notes, sdn etc etc but no sucess.

 

Can anyone please help. Its very urgent.

CRMD_MKTDS could not find query definition

Hi Gurus,

 

We want to use BI Queries as datasource in transaction CRMD_MKTDS.

We know that a dialog user must be used for the RFC call.

 

But we get the following error:

'Could not find Query definition'.

 

I guess this has to do with naming conventions of the Query.

 

From note 605208 I read:

 

"Go to RSRT and fill in queryname. RSCRM puts it own prefix (with I_, N_ or S_). This prefix has to be removed. Press generate report button."

 

How to proceed?

Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 1 EA : (Notification E M7 021).

Hi Experts,

 

 

I am facing problem with the error " Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 1 EA :  (Notification E M7 021) " in CRM service contract.

My issue is when we are confirming the service contract it will create a goods moment automatically in SAP ECC and it will provide information back to CRM.Now the issue is if quantity is not available then it throwing this error  " Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 1 EA : (Notification E M7 021)" and some times even we have some stcok also we are getting this error. Because of this error message we are unable to close the service contract in CRM .

 

So can you please let me know what may be root the cause to cause this issue.

Hi Team,

 

We are planning to do automation of team assignment/removal  in CRM -PPLOMA_CRM.

 

Need your inputs how best we can do... is there any standard function modules which does this activity...

 

And which tables needed to be take in to consideration (HRP1001 ) and any other.

 

Please let me know ,if any alternatives ways other than having custom program.
