How to retrieve position from an organisational unit?

Hi All,

 

Can anyone please help me for the following scenario.

 

Actually i am trying to read the only the positions under an organisational unit from PPOMA_CRM.I am currently using the function module RH_STRUC_GET and i have found only the evaluation path 'O-S-P' to retrieve the positions. However is also retrieve me with organisational unit

lower in the model hierarchy.

 

But what i want to know is that if it is possible to retrieve only the positions assigned under an organisation unit and if there exist a specific FM for that or any other evaluation paths which allowed that?.

Dear all, i've enhanced BSP application for IBASE search - CRMCMP_IBSEARCH.

In this thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/3216168?start=15&tstart=0

 

I need to know from what object was called CRMCMP_IBSEARCH, e.g. if from BSP AIC_INCIDENT_S.

TO avoid my development if Ibase search called from other BSP applications

Why 2BDOCS are getting created for sending Sold to Party to ECC.

Hi,

 

I have a question, when BP (Sold to) gets create in CRM & replicates in successfully ECC.When I see Tran SMW01, I found two bdocs are getting created for same Sold to. Why this is happening!! How I can remove the another Bdoc type (VEND_MAIN).

 

Please suggest.

Passing Street5 value from CRM to ISU through Connection Object MDT

Hi experts

               I want to pass Street 5 value ie. Location field from CRM to ISU through connection object MDT.I have used EHAUADR_STREET5 but its not getting passed from CRM to ISU.I have also used EHAUADR_LOCATION still the value is not going to to ISU,rest other values are passing well from CRM to ISU .I have followed every document here there no where its mentioned for Street5 value.Please guide its urgent.

Authorization in Business Agreement Level CRM

Hi experts

                I have given authorization on business partner level by using authorization groups.I need to give authorization at business agreement level also.In ISU in FKKVKP table there is one field authorization group but in CRM i am not finding any table or config so that in UI authorization can be given in business agreement.Please guide me how to do that.

How to get parent component at run time from embedded component view

Hi,

 

Just want to know is there any standard way of getting parent component name/view name ,if my control is in embedded view name at run time.

 

For eg :  Consider embedded component as BP_DATA , so while accessing any view of BP_DATA( Relationships OV) , i need to find out whether this component is embedded within BP_HEAD ( Account screen ) or within BP_CONT(Contact Screen). I can see the parent_view name from outer_rep_view of the window( BP_DATA/Relationships) in debug mode. But those are protected and cannot be accessed.

 

Any pointers???

Dear experts,

 

 

Right now we are working on the implementation of SLCM-CRM. Slcm implementation is done we are about the start CRM Implementation. BBP started, Client requirement is when ever the student register through website there should be ID and Password need to be generated and Verification should be done to it based on the details filled during the process by him/her. Just like Naukri or Monster.

 

I just want to know how this funcationality is freezable in SAP CRM or in any 3rd party software we do this.

Action trigger Manually

Hi Experts,

 

We have custom action which is used to create followup document(Contract) for an order. For only one order, action is not working with the error status of

incorrect processing. Order had some errors in status when it was creating. Now, we have cleared that error but action is not triggered for the same.

 

I am new to this action process, Please advise me how to clear that error? how to trigger the action manually?

Problem in Transaction Launcher

Hi all,

I got a problem in CRM  web UI. I define URL transaction launcher  to open in a external window.

For this, following steps are followed:

- Define URL

- Configure transaction launcher

- Navigation bar customization

And I am able to see the newly created Launch Transaction.

 

But, when I am clicking it, one message is coming on the top "  the object you have selected is starting in a new browser window. You can continue working normally in the current application. However, you may have to navigate back to the page you were working on. "

 

The URL page is opening in new window but its showing error message "This content cannot be displayed in a frame".

To help protect the security of information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame.

 

What you can try:

Open this content in a new window   .

 

Can , anyone tell me how to solve this error message ?

Creating IBase Structure

Hi,

 

  The requirement is to create an Ibase Structure.

1. First we migrate IBase . After creation then we have to create a Parent - Child Relationship.

 

In this case both will be IBase.

Parent - IBase with Z1 Category Type and

Child - Ibase with Z3 Type.

   I am using FM - CRM_IBASE_COMP_CREATE

Is this right. Can you tell me how to pass values to the parameters

 

I_FATHER

I_COMP_DET

 

In I_FATHER - I pass the Parent Ibase Number and for I_COMP_DET I pass the Child IBase Number.

 

Is this enough. Could you please let me know about this.

Incorrect extraction of deleted items in sales contract.

Hi.

We have faced the following problem with extraction data of sales contract items from CRM to BW.

If user delete all items from sales contract, BW wouldn't see it i.e. in BW there will be that sales contract with all its items.

I have check some notes and forums but couldn't find any information about simular problems.

Is there is any way to fix this behavior of extraction?

Issue while adding an item to opportunity in completed status .

Hi Experts ,

 

We have an issue where in while adding an item to opportunity in "completed" status , the error message is triggered "Current status of the opportunity does not allow you to add items " and  the item is not added to the relevant opportunity transaction type .

Can this error message be restricted so that items can be added to the opportunity type even in "Completed" status .

 

 

Please provide your comments and suggestions on the issue  mention above .

hi,

I  have a requierement to add button of allselect, alldeselect and multi selection functionality into the table of component FICACMP_COR/FicaCorListAll.

 

for that i have added the code in method DO_INIT_CONTEXT of FICACMP_COR/FicaCorListAll.

 

  me->typed_context->FICACORRESPONDENCE->set_selection_mode(
     iv_selection_mode = cl_bsp_wd_context_node_tv=>selmode_multi ).



But it is not working

Relink CRM Business partner with customer in ECC

Hi all,

 

In our organization, most business partner master data is automatically replicated with ECC.

Table BUT0ID contains the link between a BP and customer on ECC.

For some reason it happens regularly that a CRM BP gets a wrong link.

I.e. BP 80001234 is by accedent linked to 80001000, but it should be 80001234.

I'm asked to provide a solution to change this link.

With BAPI's 'BAPI_IDENTIFICATION_DELETE', 'BAPI_IDENTIFICATION_CHANGE' and/or 'BAPI_IDENTIFICATION_REMOVE' it's easy to modify table BUT0ID properly.

But whateverI change,the replicationis still carried outonthewrong customer.

Afters hours of debugging and tracing I couldn't find the reason. Is there perhaps an other table to change?

Did any of you have the 'goldentip'for metofullyRelink?

Partner Determination BADI

Hi ,

 

I want to determine the partners for a contract based on its item level attribute.  I am not sure which Partner Determination BADI gets triggered when an item level attribute gets filled. let me know what are the filter values to be used .

 

And also suggest me how to fetch the user selected item level attribute inside the badi. Is there any call back classes that can be used inside Partner Determination BADI.

Insert entries in empty table

Hello experts,

 

I got an easy question for you. How can I include new entries on any table that at the beginning does not have entries?. If the table has entries I can select one of them and insert new ones by debugging but I don´t know how to do it without entries
