Access Control Engine(ACE) - filling a table *_ACL

Hello.


I configured the ACE according to the instructions:

Configuration & Implementation of CRM Access Control Engine (ACE)-Part 1

Configuration & Implementation of CRM Access Control Engine (ACE)-Part 2


After activation rule, filled table CRM_ACE2_BP_UCT and CRM_ACE2_BP_GRP. But not filled table CRM_ACE2_BP_ACL. If I understand correctly, this table should be filled in metode IF_CRM_ACE_ACTORS_FROM_OBJECT~GET_ACTORS_FROM_OBJECTS. But metode IF_CRM_ACE_ACTORS_FROM_OBJECT~GET_ACTORS_FROM_OBJECTS does not even start.

Please tell me what could be the error?


Save Online survey to SAP CRM system

Hi,

 

I want to generate an online survey (with a questionnaire) in CRM, where the users can access the survey over internet.

When the users save the survey then the values should be saved directly in CRM system.

 

Can any one explain me the process to achieve the same.

 

Any details regarding the same will be appreciated.

Hi, Gurus,

 

when I was trying to create some quotations today, I found there is something wrong with the category of my product HT-1010. The reason is  someone had made some in-apposite customizing to CRM  system , assigning the "SALES" to a wrong base Hierarchy.

 

my question is : under such a circumstance, how and where can I check the request record to know who did that customizing?

I am customizing price procedure determination and find it 's not a easy thing to make a determination.

Please look at the picture below, I want to use 0CRM01 as my price procedure, but the system keep on complaining" Condition Types 0k05 and 0k04 have the same condition function in Pricing Procedure.0CRM1"

Email Marketing Campaign: Track Email Open Rate

Dear Experts

 

when sending emails from CRM campaign to BP's we are able to track when  BP clicks on one of the email's hyperlink (link tracking).

However we are still unable to track how many emails have been opened.

 

Following some other threads we have tried to track a hidden image but the system does not generate the MIG and the URL for  images/pictures.

Can anyone give a clear example of what we need to add in the mail form to enable this functionality.?

Facing Problem with BP Change History

Hi Folks,

 

We are facing one weird issue with resepct to BP Change History. Could you please help me out..

We have a BP for which, specific data ( like Birth Date/Middle Name) is changed in CRM on a specific dates and replicated to ECC.

 

And we are not sure of the souce of these changes. We tried to check the change history in CRM, no change history has been logged for that specific date.

 

And I jumped into ECC system, and checked the change History, there I could see the change history logged as the changes happened through replication from CRM.

 

Now, we are wondering is there anyway to find the source of these changes based on the below information which I have:

===  Date/Time on which the replication happened

 

Please let me know if I am not much clear in explaining.

how does the Quotation Notification work?

Hi, Gurus,

 

According to the instruction, if I configure the Quotation profile in one Transaction type (such as TA) as follow:

If I had created some quotations before, then when I created a TA with the same Sold-to Party and the same Product,

the system will display relevant Quotations list .

 

But in my case, nothing happened.

 

What the problem is? could some friends tell me please?

Hi Experts,

 

I am getting fallowing error/dump in WEB UI CRM_UI_FRAME for few scenarios.

After analyzing ST22, it dumps in FM CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, while it encounters ASSSERT statement.

 

There is no OSS message that relates to this.

 

The crm_ui_frame/WD gives a http-500 error and the associated ST22 dump gives

"ASSERTION_FAILED" " "

"SAPLCRM_ORDER_API" or "LCRM_ORDER_APIU05"

"CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN"

 

There is no indication of any custom coding so I assume that this is a SAP bug - any assistance appreciated.

SLA calculation and escalation

Hi all ,


We have configured  SLA calculation in service ticket.We have configured the SLA calculation on the basis of priority , code group catalog and subject.We are currently facing 2 issues which are listed below


  • Our default priority  is "very high" ,so when we navigate to  create service ticket , the priority which is set at that moment is "very high" ,after  that we choose particular subject ,against our expectations, SLA doesn't calculate at that instance of time  and we get error instead.After selecting priority again  from  "high" to " very high" , SLA get calculated.Why isn't first time calculation doesn't perform correctly ?

 

  • Secondly , we have configured the action profile  and according to  the current configuration, employee responsible is getting emails .Now,  in our case we have customized workflow and according to the requirement escalated mails should  be route to the "pending user"  and after bursting TAT ,it's manager (according to Org.unit) should receive email in  report form (i.e. All service tickets  numbers in which TAT have been burst ).Can you please provide the steps?

Action Profile Issue

Hello Gentlemen's,

I need some help in configurations of actions.

 

I need to send email notification to one group, whenever opportunity is created from Lead. Before sending email i need to check one condition, the custom partner function(Z000001) should not be present with any value.

 

Can this be done via configuration and How or requires code? Please let me know your thoughts

Action profile: condition "is empty"

Dear Experts,

 

I am trying to configure action profile with the following condition:

' Date REL1 = EMPTY '

 

Indeed, i want the action to be executed when the specific date is empty.

How to replicate charaecterstics of an equipment in ECC to an Ibase in CRM?

Hi All,

We are currently designing a solution for our client where functional location and equipment hierarchy needs to be replicated in CRM from ECC. The requirement is that user should be able to create a functional location in CRM and that should be able to replicate in ECC. Can you please tell me if anyone has worked in any such scenario before and how it was achieved?

Hello Experts,

 

 

I need your help with a question regarding the ranges assignment in SAP.

I have maintained in SPRO the range corresponding to the Sales Transactions.

One of the sales transactions is a Complaint.

Normally when a new complaint is created the number that gets assigned is greater then the last one created.

But in the below case you can notice that the number is actually minor then the already existing complaints.

5172583 got created after 5173009.

Does SAP take into consideration at the number assignment perhaps also the numbers that are not used anymore?

Mapping of Product Group field in CRM to ERP

Hi,

 

I am trying to find out the Mapping of Product Group from CRM to ERP

I checked the transaction R3AC1 to find mappings, but couldn't find much.

 

  • Is there any way to find out the Mapping between CRM fields and ERP fields?
  • Is Product Group in CRM mapped to ERP (Material Pricing Group?)

Retrieve sales area during BP creation in WebUI

Hello

I'm trying to set default values for the tax classification in the WebUI. For this I have

redefined the DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT method in BP_DATA/AccountTaxClassList.

It works ok, with static values, that is.

However, in our scenario the tax classification needs to be set up dynamically based

on the sales organization, but I'm not quite sure where to get this piece of information

from. I've checked the Global data context parameters, but there's doesn't seem to be

an object for this. So I thought ok, I might set a GDC Z-parameter during

the BP_SALES/CorpAccountSalesAreasEF at the eh_onsalesarea_sel event, but it

seems overly complicated.

Can you advise pls.

Middle ware issue: CRM service order data not replicating to ecc sales order.

Hello Gurus,

 

I have a issue with the data replication from CRM to ECC.

when i create a service order and approve it then in va03 the sales document is getting replicated . but when i changed the vendor in web UI which is the plant then it is not replicating to ECC.

i have checked the Bdocs in smw01 the changes are getting till the queue. so from crm side it looks fine. Not sure what is the issue.

 

Please help me in this issue.

Copy one text type to another in a single document

Hello, CRM gurus!

I need your help.

I have two text types that are assigned to my text determination procedure (text object CRM_ORDERH):

  • Z001 (log text "P")
  • Z002 (normal text "_")

What do I want: when requester creates a new CRM document he fills Z001 text type. When he click on button SAVE all text from Z001 should be copied in Z002.

Is it possible to achieve without ABAP development?
