Issue in output

Hi Sir,

         While using the reverse pricing procedure in CRM,the  output forms are not working properly.Can u tell me the way to solve the issue.

Agent inbox: reply/reply all/forward buttons disabled

I've configured the agent inbox and ERMS succesfully and I'm able to receive emails and sent new emails. However, there's one functionality that remains disabled: when I open an incoming email, I cannot hit the Reply, Reply All or Forward button. They are always grayed out.

 

Is this a custo setting? Is this an authorization issue? Your help will be appreciated!

Service request : Creation Date + Hour

Dear experts!

 

I have the following issue:

In service request assignment block DATES, we dislay the date creation and hour with field TIME_FROM.

Date creation is correct but hour is always displayed to 00:00.

 

In customizing, for Date Types, I've got the customizing for display format :

- Time is ticked

 

In Default values for Manual Entry :

- Current time is check with reference object Service profile.

 

How the hour can be determined with the actual hour?

Multiple search criteria returns an AND result

Hi,

 

In our production system, when searching for opportunities using the Employee Responsible criteria, we add multiple employee responsible to search.

Result: System returns zero opportunities (because it is considering AND condition)

 

In our QAS system, the same search will show me opportunities of all employee responsible entered at the same time e.g. if i searched for OPPS of employee 1, 2 & 3, it will show me opps of all 3 employees.

 

Any suggestions how this is controlled ?

CRM 2007IS-U : tech. objects : retrieve GRID LEVELS in the Web IC ?

We have a CRM<=>IS-U integration - related issue there :

does anyone know how to "feed" POD's "Grid Levels" and "Grid" matchcodes in the Web IC ?

=> The related IUICOBJD component features 3 scrolling lists:

 

  • Grid level TYPE (e.g. "Pressure" vs. "Voltage") : OK (retrieves our SPRO-declared TYPEs)

 

  • Grid LEVEL (e.g. LOW pressure/voltage ; HIGH pressure/voltage) : KO : remains void :

  It doesn't even retrieve those voltage levels we do have stated in the SPRO - and anyway, that is electricity only, no gas => where are gas types to be stated ?

(ii)  NB  CRM 4.0 GUI CIC does retrieve those Grid Levels from a triplet of standard tables (CRM_ISU_GRIDLEV, ~2, ~T)... that simply do not exist in CRM 2007 => ?!

 

  • Grid (e.g. Distributor A, B, ..) : KO : void

Is there any place to declare them (SPRO, table) and bring them up into the scrolling list ?

(Otherwise why is there any such standard scrolling list called "GRID" ?)

Saved Search - Reset Criteria

When you run a Saved Search in the Sales Professional role, for Sales Orders and Quotations, and then go in to the regular search for Sales orders, you only see the Criteria from the Saved Search.  For example, let's say I create a Saved Search to show me all Open Orders for a specific Account.  The search works fine when I run it from my Saved Searches and the results are displayed.  Now I go back to the Home Page and do other tasks.  Later, when I go to the Sales orders search screen, it only show the two Criteria fields that I used in my Saved Search.  How do I get the default Criteria fields to display?  It does not work this way on Account, Activities, Opportunities, etc. - only for Sales Orders, Quotations, and Complaints.

 

Again, I want the Search screen to display all of my default Criteria fields and not just the fields used in a previous Saved Search.

Hi Experts,

I want to get the geocode of BP address upto the street and house no.  level,

but the standard functionality offered by Sap can delivere it upto country and region level only.

Standard Sap delivered geocode program is using SAP0 source and CL_GEOCODER_SAP0 class.

I think there also some provision to get the geo code(upto the street and house no.  level) from the third party tools  like which they have mentioned

in SPRO- SAP NETWEAR- SET GEOCODING- Register geocoding program in the system.

like

- Geocoder using ZIP5GOLD database (from CD Light)

- CAS

- IGS-Geokodierer

- PTV Geokodierer

Can you please tell me how i can use them to get the geocode of an address.

Or any other third party integration.

I will really appreciate your help.

Failed BEABILLSTACRMB Bdoc in CRM .

Need Help to resolve the failed BDOC error message . Document gets transferred to FI , but the Bdoc is in "Red " status. Currently we are checking the document status and if completed ( which is 100% ) of the time  and then deleteing the Bdoc .

How to unlock the LNCH system status in Lead Transaction to allow the changes in old transactions

Hi All,

 

I  have maintained the user status profile for one of the user status we do not want to allow update or change the Lead document i have set the user status : Lock --> LNCH(No Change Allowed). Now we would like  unlock the status to allow for changes. When i removed the associated user status to LNCH system system. Old Lead transactions which are updated with Lock not allowing to make change. Please let me know how to unlock this transactions.

Follow Up Service Request from ERP Sales Order

Hi,

 

       I have a business requirement to create a custom Service Request(Z) as a Follow Up to the ERP Sales Order (ZX) in SAP CRM.

 

       I have maintained Copy Control: SPRO --> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Copy Control for Business Transactions -->Define Copy Control for Transaction Types. I have added the ERP Sales Order Document Type (ZX) as Source and the custom Service Request (Z) as Target.

 

     I have also maintained the channel for the ERP Sales Order and the custom Service Request as "Interaction Center Webclient". This is done at SPRO --> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings -->Define Transaction Types.

 

      I also created a new Profile ID for Object Relationships and I assigned it to my ERP Sales Order at SPRO --> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings -->Define Transaction Types.I created the Profile ID for Object Relationships under: SPRO --> CRM --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Define Object Reference Profile.

 

      However, after all of this customization, I still do NOT see my Service Request as a Follow Up Transaction to the ERP Sales Order when I click on "Create Follow Up". I would like to see in the pop up box to select so I can select it. Please see screenshot below (and attached).

CRM: Click on a textfield - dropdown menu with values

Hello,

 

after upgrading from IE9 to IE11 we get a strange behaviour.

 

When we click in normal textfield, we get a dropdown menu with values which doesn't fit with this field anyway.

 

 

We deleted the IE history and some other things around the IE. But nothing helps.

CRM: Cursor flashes fast

Hello,

 

after upgrading from IE9 to IE11, we get a odd behaviour on the web client.

 

After we selected the Role XY, the cursor flashes very fast in every textfield/, not like normally. In all other tested Roles

we don't get this kind of behaviour.

 

It's only a minor detail, but if you have to work in this role for hours, it makes you crazy.

 

I hope someone has a solution.


CRM Status Update - Set Previous status to Inactive

Dear Experts,

 

I am a SAP Worklfow consultant.

 

We have a CRM system which has the following flow for Trade Spend Agreements.

 

Not In forecast->Draft in Forecast->Request Approval-> Approved-> Released

 

Initial 3 statuses are handled in WebUI and we have a workflow to to go through the approval process and set the status to Approved.

 

Once the activity is approved, user can still change it before it is Released(releasing is done by a daily batch job).

 

Problem is if the activity is changed and submitted for approval, second time around workflow goes into error.

 

On debugging I have observed that the Since the APPROVED status (I1122) is already active in CRM status tables, the program is not able to set the status again to Approved.

 

Can anyone please help me on how can we set the previous Approved status to Inactive when the user changes second time around?

Org Determination

Hello All,

 

I need a help in Org determination procedure.

 

I have created a Z FM to to meet the requirement for org determination based on the client's requirement.

Also, I have configured the same in a new rule in SPRO.

 

I ran the simulation in the SPRO and I get the desired result, as I am able to debug the FM and check the result

 

The problem is, the rule does not seem to be working when I check it at the transaction level i.e. while creating the document.

 

I am unable to figure out where the issue lies.

Could you kindly help me figuring out the possible mistakes or steps which I could have missed out.

Text determination - Access sequence

Dear Experts,

 

I am having an issue using the access sequence in text determination.

 

Here is what I am trying to achieve : We are creating follow up service request B from a same service request A.

If text exists in service request A, it should be copied in service request B. I have fulfilled this requirement via Access sequence in text determination.

 

However, when I have got multiple texts that exist in service request A and that should be copied in service request B, the following problem occurs:

ID texts are copied but text inside is wrong. It takes only the first text and copy it to all text IDs.


My question is: How is access sequence handle? Do I need to create one sequence acess for one text profile that can contain all text required to be copied OR should I create as many sequence access as I need?

Also, do i need to maintain "Sequence"? What is it related to ?


Below is the example needed:


1. Access sequence ZDER_001 is created. This access sequence contains all texts that sould be copies

3. Results given :

If in service request A, I have ZADD, ZBII and ZAER, and create a service request B, it will have ZADD, ZBII and ZAER AND ZAIR that will be created. Moreveoer inside texts will not be correct as all of them will be the same, whereas they are not the same in service request A.

 

 

 

Does anyone have an explanation ? What could be the solution to have:

- The right text copied from one service request to another?

- Not all copied but only the one that exist from A to B?

Updating organizational data in transaction after reassigning in organizational model

Hello all together,

 

I'd like to discuss with you the options and possibilities of changes in the CRM organizational model.

I found an interesting document that describes how to transport the organizational model from dev to qa to prod.

We didn't tried it yet but I assume it works

 

Let's take an easy example. In CRM we had created a quote and assigned an account to it. The CRM determines automatically the account manager using access sequences/BAdI. Depending on the assignment of this account manager in the organizational model the CRM finds the correct organizational data and is updating the quote with it.

 

But what happens for example if the account manager got assigned to another sales department and the organizational model was transported? How is the organizational data in the quote getting updated?

 

Is there any standard functionality?
