Retrieve ORG data from PRD to QAS?

Hi All,

 

Our BASIS guy is not willing to restore system regularly from CRM PRD to CRM QAS, so the organization structure in QAS remains incorrectly for nearly a year, which causes many test issue and I wanna copy them from PRD back to QAS and also DEV. Could you please tell me the steps?

 

I got a wiki from ****************: http://****************/Tutorials/Workflow/OrgStructure/Transport1.htm. But I don't think it's correct as it execute the same program RHMOVE00 with the same parameter for both PRD and QAS. I don't know why, however, I still tried to follow the steps and failed in vain, records remains unchanged in PPOSA_CRM after batch input as described. As to the program RHMOVE30 mentioned in the guide, because I cann't generate request from PRD and transport it back to QAS, have no idea how to do.

 

Does client copy SCC9 with profile SAP_UCUS work? Considering the number of records, we cannot use SAP_ALL etc. to do client copy.

Creating Lead automatically after BP creation

Hi Gurus

      Here is the scenario. Our client has his own website. Whenever a customer opens the website and gives his details and select submit button, automatically a lead must be created. Is it possible. Please give me some approaches. Here are some approaches I knew

 

 

1. Making  the customer to register directly in BP page which is linked to clients web portal. In this way a BP is created. Then we can ask the ABAP personnel to write a program to automatically create a lead.( is it possible).

Auto refresh of Web UI screen after calling event handler

Hi All,

 

I have requirement that I need to update the marketing attributes of a BP in event handler by using standard FM. I am calling this event handler in the overview page of the account details screen by clicking on the button. Marketing attributes are updated in the background but it will not refresh the screen. so that it will not display the updated marketing attribute values. After calling event handler it is invoking getter method also, but it is fetching old values only. 

 

Please guide me how to refresh the screen to display the updated values in the account details screen.

Assigning attribute values to Territories (CRM Territory Management)

Hello All,

 

I'm trying to assign attribute values to a territory (to the lowest node in the hierarchy) via t-code CRMM_TERRMAN.

When I save after assigning values, I'm getting the message 'Territory is changed' but the values are not getting reflected.

 

I'm not sure whether I've missed out any TM configurations.

 

Kindly provide your valuable suggestions.

 

NOTE: Standard territory attributes available are Country, Region, Post Code, Partner, Sales Area etc.

Get feedback from customer through URL

Dear All,

 

We have requirement of getting feedback from the customer through the URL which is generated in CRM. [We will send this URL to customer after lead creation for that prospect.]

 

How those responces will be saved in SAP system ? How to link BP-Lead- Feedback form data .. ?

Redefine of Event Handler of WebUI

Hi experts,

 

I would like to redefine a "Event Handler" Method of component AIC_CMCR_H, View AIC_CRMCR_H/AICCMCROverview.

It is the method EH_ONEDIT, which I would like to modify.

 

At the beginning of this method there is the following coding:

  super->eh_onedit(
    htmlb_event    = htmlb_event
    htmlb_event_ex = htmlb_event_ex ).

 

 

My problem is, if I don't call this coding the screen is not going in edit-mode, which it should do. But when I call the coding, it goes again through the original coding and so I can't delete the coding which I want to delete, because it is also called in the original one.

 

So what is my mistake? How can I avoid to call the original coding and the system is also going into the EDIT-Mode.

Territory Data Validation Reports

Hi Experts,

 

Can you please guide me to find the Data validation reports of territories to identify below things:

 

Identify territories without employees assigned to it

Idenfity accounts that are not associated with any territory

Temporarily assign the territory responsibility to another employee

Mass transfer the ownership of business documents to a new employee and territory.

 

I hope these are the standard reports provided by SAP and not sure where to find these things, I tried finding them in CRM Web UI in Standard SLS - Professional Business Role under Sales Operations work Centre, but didn't found those things.

 

Can you please help us to find the same.

Business Partner Centrally blocking & Archiving

Hi Experts,

 

Can you please help me to find function module to centrally block and archive a business Partner in SAP CRM.

 

And also please let us know when a BP is flagged for archiving is it not available in the search results of the Business Partners i.e either accounts/contacts?

Status Warning while importing language in CRM 7.0 EHP 2

Hi Experts,

 

I want to activate French language in CRM 7.0 EHP 2 server. So I have downloaded and copied the pat file to EPS\IN directory. while importing package from smlt it is showing status warning during check. please assist shall I proceed with the import or let me know if any prerequisite has to be fulfilled and how.

Error in IPC eclipse installation

I have the eclipse file and the JAVA kits . when i run the eclipse or NWDS i am getting an error as

" eclipse executable launcher was unable to locate its companion shared library" .

Filter and Sort Option for column in Tree View

Hi Experts,

 

I would like to put a sort & filter option for a column in a tree view.

For example, the below screen shot shows a sort and filter option for country column which is in a tree view.

The same is to be achieved in other column.

Deleted controller BSPWDComponent.do of ZBP_HEAD by accident

Hi experts,

 

I deleted (in se80) the controler BSPWDComponent.do by accident. Now the partner view doesn´t open. I have copied the controller from standard BP_HEAD agian (with same name as before) and adapted the controller class to zl..., but still an error occured (the partner view does not opend and no error is shown. the navogation don´t work. when I click in search result page on a BP only the heading gets changed with the name of the selected BP and Im geeting no error message and no navigation!!)

 

What else do I have to do? Any dependencies to maintain? I copied the controller to my BSP application ZBP_HEAD where I deleted the other one by accident, and I activated the controller. I also checked the URL..Its equal to the URL of the standard one I copied from accept for .../zbp_head/...

Service Contract, Pricing Error

ErrorSerCont.JPGI Folks I was creating a Service Contract in CRM IDES 7.0 version.

 

I have copied the standard transaction Type = SC and made all the required settings which were necessary.

 

The Pricing Procedure determined was 13SRVC in the Service Contract

 

but I got 27 errors when i tried to save it.

 

Attached is the Screen Short for Service Contract.

 

I have also deleted the entry 915 from the pricing procedure still the error remains the same

Calling a Custom Component from Navigation Bar as Pop Up

Hi Experts,

 

I have created a Custom Component Application to meet one of the requirements. I want to launch this application from the Navigation Bar Link. I understand I need to map the Component's Default Window's Inbound Plug with the Target ID of the Navigation Bar Link.

 

However, I'd like this application to be launched as a new Pop Up Window. What additional steps I need to do in order to do that.

Subskription only for Companies for Groupware possible?

Hi,

 

we are using the serverbased groupware solution at our company.

The problem is, that we have a few colleagues which really lot of companies and contact persons at the subskriptions.

 

So, it looks like that its SAP standard thats the company and all contact persons will synchronized at the outlook (where the subskriptions is correct).

 

Did somebody know a possibility to synchronized only the company data - whitout the contact persons from the company?

Is it possible to managed that with the subskriptions?

Activity - Transaction History - Technical Anchor Object

Hey experts!

 

When I click in any Activity to create it, there's an entry in Transaction History's grid that has the type: "Technical anchor to indicate root context". This entry appears automatically and I would like to know how to prevent it from being displayed.

 

Any idea?

[AET] Problem when saving table created in business partner component
