ICCMP_HDR_CNTNT. Change context area when Account is Confirmed

Hi,

 

When I confirm an account the context area at the top of the screen is filled with the Contact Name and Account Name  in the interaction center in SAP CRM 7.0.

 

I want to configure Account Name in context area (componet  ICCMP_HDR_CNTNT, view AccountInformationVS)

 

For examle: Name1 + Name2 + Name3 + City + Street + other.

 

How I can do this? Where I can program my own algorithm?

Telecom Business Scenario

Hello, I'm working on Telco Business. ( Not only mobile phone business but also general phone like extension )

 

As the SAP standard suggested, i used Provider Order (Transaction Type PRVO) to create a customer order.

 

Our telecom service business scenario is like below,

 

Service Request - Opening - Service Contract

(Provider Order)       ( ? )      (Provider Contract)

 

I'm regarding Provider Order as a service request document and Provider Contract as a service contract.

 

* Provider Contract is created automatically as i release Provider Order.

 

Opening Scenario is like, a case when a customer requested service needs installation of phone line or internet line or something (Hardware) to be installed.

 

In that case, we need to make service order to assign products

 

What kinds of transaction could be best for that Opening ? is there any transaction-type that SAP Standard suggests in this scenario like ?

How to attach BP object with Clarification case from CRM to ISU

HI Experts ,

 

I have very critical issue .

 

I am creating BPEM clarification case from SAP CRM WEB UI and it is getting replicated at SAP ISU .

I able to see the Clarification case after save at SAP ISU using transaction EMMAC2 or EMMAC3 .

 

When  opened Clarification case at SAP ISU then could only find Contact Object attached .but

I need to attached BP (ISU_PARTNER ) object as well.

Schedule Line Entered and Schedule Line was deleted

Dear All,

 

 

Required your help

 

I am facing a issue between the CRM and ECC .

 

when i have created sales order and in CRM it is replicating in ECC. but in the SMQ1. the order is in running status.

 

when checked the change document it is keep showing two lines Schedule line entered. and schedule line was deleted and it keep going.

 

 

 

is there any issue with Middleware that i have to look.

 

please help

Adding line items on document creation

Hi Experts,

 

I have a business requirement to add predefined items to one specific type of quotation when it's created. I'm trying to to this with events. But I cannot execute the CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN function module to add the line items, becouse it creates a short dump becouse of recoursive call.

 

Any ideas to solve this problem?

Getting error: Simulation Prep Failed ; Knowledge base not Found

Hi All,

 

we upgrade CRM system from  5.0 to 7.0 ehp3 ;

We are using PME for product modeling;

We executed 2 reports suggested by SAP for model database conversion;

 

Now in web UI we are getting error in Product simulation : simulation failed ; Knowledge base not found

 

In debugging found that this error is coming from FM "CRM_PME_KB_PROFILE2"

this FM is returning 21 value as a return parameter for one product and raising the error;

 

For all remaining products we are not getting any error;

 

Please provide your inputs to the problem;

 

Any inputs are highly appreciated;

Issue with "Rejected Status" during Appointment Deletion

Hello Experts,

 

When an appointment created in OL is deleted, system sets the status to "Cancelled" in SAP CRM.

For one of the transaction type, in Status Profile Customizing, we have 2 status (STAT1 and STAT2) mapped to internal status "CANC".

 

 

When OL is in language "EN", system sets the status in SAP CRM to "STAT1"

When OL is in language "DE", system sets the status in SAP CRM to "STAT2"

We want always to map internal status to "STAT1" irrespective of language.

Could you please guide us why the system behaves inconsistently? How to change this behavior?

Open CRM - BI Java integration portal in a new window

Hello,

 

We have BI reports integrated in CRM sales and marketing role, these reports open in same page on clicking the BI links in CRM UI.

As these reports have many IE9 and IE10 browser compatibility issues when opened in the CRM page we want to open the BI reports in a new window.

Please let me know where should I make configuration changes to open these reports in a new window or should I pass any new parameter along with sap-ext-sid, language, TEMPLATE and sap-ie in the below url to open in new window and where is the url maintained in CRM system.

Administration item not found error while creating service contracts using BOL Programming

Hi,

 

I tried to create Multiple service contract items through a report using BOL programming.

 

While calling core Modify( ), after some changes, its raising CRM_ORDERADM_I 004 message with type E.

 

I check the standard code also( by debugging using watch point for the above message in CRMD_ORDER). I this case also standard code raising that message, but still program flow will not terminating. But in my case it's terminating.

 

If anyone aware of this type situation, Please give me suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Change Created_by partner into an order.

Hello experts,

 

I am facing a requirement where the created_by partner from an order has to be changed.

The case is that the UI was migrated to a portal and all the user ids have been changed along.

Therefor all the orders/activities created by the old user have error'd out as below.

Also if user is searching for activities 'beloging to me' he doesn't get any result.

Is there any way to change this?

Passing values to 2nd screen using Transaction Launcher with SWN_CREATE_SHORTCUT

Hi Experts,

 

We are trying to call the ECC transaction VA01 from CRM WEB UI IC AGENT role. We are using the SAP Shortcuts concept with SWN_CREATE_SHORTCUT to call the ECC transaction as per the attached link (http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/CRM/CRM+WebUI+-+Launching+transactions+in+GUI+for+Windows ). Our requirement is to pass the Sold-to number in second screen of VA01, we tried passing the value to KUAGV-KUNNR in command but the values are not getting passed. Please let me know how we can pass the value to Sold-to party (which is on second screen of VA01) in this case.

Org unit should not be determined in search

Hi All,

 

 

we need to restrict a org unit from determination while searching for a support team using Organizational unit in ITSM ticket.

 

 

We don't want to delete this unused org unit and want to use it for future. we also loose data if we are going to delete this org unit from the structure.

 

 

Is there anyway to stop the org unit from appearing in the search for support team based on org model.

 

Please help me to find a way out.

Where to find the relationship between parent and child BOL objects for custom Component

Hi all,

             I would like to know where exactly I can find the relationship between parent BOL object and child BOL object. In our project, they developed custom component and Component set. They have defined two custom BOL Objects. They created custom Zenil class. My question is I checked in SPRO( both Simple Object and Genil Interaction) but could not find Object Table, Model table except Implementation class. I only see the implementation class defined for the Component( which is related to the Component Set) in SPRO( Basicfunction-> Genil Interaction Layer).

 

Can anyone explain where the relationship between the parent and child object is established? I am able to see the root object(parent) and dependent object(child) and relation between them in GENIL_MODEL_BROWSER.

 

Help in this regard is really appreciated.

Modify the fields CREATED_AT and CREATED_BY for Service Ticket

I have a requirement wherein, I have to create a Service Ticket and Note (Knowledge article).

I am successfully able to create them both using CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN.

 

I find that the fields CREATED_AT and CREATED_BY are populated automatically.

My requirement is that, I want to populate my respective values in these two fields and not the date and time that the system is populating.

 

This is the following code I have used for Knowledge articles:

 

lwa_orderadm_h-guid               = lv_note_guid.

lwa_orderadm_h-process_type  = 'ZKNN'.

lwa_orderadm_h-mode             = 'A'.          

lwa_orderadm_h-posting_date  = '20120908'.     " 8th Sept 2012

lwa_orderadm_h-created_by     = 'MSABOO'.

lwa_orderadm_h-created_at      = '20120908183025'.   " 09/08/2012  18:30:25

INSERT lwa_orderadm_h INTO TABLE lit_orderadm_h.

CLEAR lwa_orderadm_h.

 

I have also filled the Input fields for CREATED_AT and CREATED_BY.

 

But by using this code, the fields created_at and created_by are not getting populated with the values that I have passed.

 

Request your help on this one.

Making Account Read-Only in Outlook

Hi,

 

we have setup Desktop Connection for CRM properly.
But we have the requirement to make accounts in Outlook readonly. User should only be able to create/change contacts, appointments and tasks in Outlook.

 

In the CRM OutlookBridge Extensibility Guide exactly this requirement is stated with following example:

Make an Object Type Read-Only

1. Open customization.xml file.

2. Locate the type you want to make read-only.

3. Add security/modify_filter tag with false content inside under the type tag.

*************

 

I have updated customization.xml as stated above and created and deployed new Customization Package.

But acocunts still remain editable in Outlook.
I also tried to mark all account fields as readonly but email/phone/fax and URL remain editable.

 

Any advice?

Custom transaction type or Item category is not triggered on CRM Web UI during service contract creation

Hi CRM Team,

 

Its regarding ISU-CRM upgrade program, the issue which we are facing is contract creation of ISU_CRM environment;

 

We need to create a contract from Web UI with business role UTIL_IC , Hence accordingly we had copied PFCG/business role for this.

the requirement is we don't need to use behavior/transaction type for Lean contract , as we need to use existing transaction type i.e. service contract.

now the issue is that when we create contract from web ui its getting created in this way:

 

one contract with transaction type/item category 'ISUL' which is standard and other one is with ZISU (which is custom type and contract should be created with this only ) but for this contract its considering ISUL item category and item category  ZISO which has to be used accordingly,  also we aren't able to find any line item for this contract on CRMD_ORDER screen.

 

Below are the activities which are performed :

     - defined business transaction profile which is copy of 'Default' business transaction profile under business transaction Profile under IC Web Client under CRM_SPRO.

     - On the same screen under dependent business transaction profile, have assigned transaction 'ZISU'

     - On CRMC_UI_PROFILE post selection Business role , I have assigned this copied business transaction profile to profile value of IC_BT function profile ID.

 

Note: as of now we are not using item category usage/group in relation to product use.

BP (account) Replication Issue with role 'Consumer'

Hi all,

I know a consumer can only be specified as a consumer when it was created, later you cannot turn a non-consumer into a consumer after the creation of the individual account.

This kind of behaviour has been specified in the SAP NOTE 2217081 where we can read that we should simply avoid adding 'CONSUMER' role to an existing individual account which is not a consumer. This will arouse the inconsistency between CRM and ECC


Now if an individual account will be created with Consumer role how can I avoid the replication on ECC? I need to manage a kind of lifecycle: Prospect->Consumer. What do you suggest? I think I can introduce a specific custom field (Do not replicate or replicate) for instance but what is the best place  to stop the replication if the value of this field is "Do not replicate"?

Other ideas?

Not able to remove context area from Interaction Center Web-client in SAP CRM 6.0

Hi experts,

 

I want to remove context area from IC screen.
In CRM 7.0 I found it in SPRO->Customer Relationship Management->Interaction Center WebClient->Basic Functions->Define Context Area Profile where I can define context area profile and which can be used in Function profile of Business role.

 

But I am not able to remove the context area in CRM 6.0.

org bp number transfer from DEV but repeated with the BP number in QAS

hi all,

       our org created with ppoma_crm, system assign a number with 1xxx1 in DEV,  before we transfer it to QAS, someone has created bp in QAS, system assign number with 1xxx1 in QAS, then we transfer the ORG which we  created in DEV to QAS, and we have found they have the same number 1xxx1, how can we deal with it?

       SOS!!!
