Have anybody experience with the error message "Cannot send alert message to browser" on Rule Policies? The condition-check of the rule is working fine. But the error message shown appears in the web UI 
Similar exception on Complaints Error Message but no answer. Is it possible that the SSL settings are responsible for that error message? Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

Dear All,
Please help me out from the two below issues.
I have set up the middleware connection between CRM (EHP2, 730) and EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0 and that's working fine.
I am able to create the ERP quotation as a follow-up transaction of CRM opportunity.
But here in I'm the below 2 problems:
1. I am unable to see document flow between in ERP quotation screen (opportunity to quotation, quotation to CRM activity/task, and etc.) - regarding this have read so many SAP Notes and end up with confusion as there are so many notes. Please help me out in getting the right SAP Note that which I have to implement.
2. When I click on follow-up button on ERP Quotation screen in CRM system, it is not showing any of CRM transaction types like Business activity (activity, task), opportunity. Please help me, if is there is any configuration pending from my end or any SAP Notes which solves this problem.
As per the SAP Note - 1641523, I have checked VBTYP, VGBEL, VGTYP, VBAK and their values rages as
VBTYP - There are entries as 1 (Sales activities (CAS) and M (invoice).
VGBEL - I have seen the domain (VBELN) values of this and there are no entries in the value range.
VGTYP - I have see the domain (VGTYP) values of this and there are no entries in the values range.

I am getting an error "Field is zzXXX is already in use" while creating Field via AET.
It is not referencing to any enhancement ID.

I need to do the following in CRM
1. Create Positions in the Org model
2. Relate Org Units to positions
3. Relate Central Persons to Positions and BP to positions
4. Assign users to existing BOs
So, we have tried LSMW with recordings using PP01 and PP02 but do not like this approach
We have also enabled some BAPIs but again we are not programmers so can't debug them!
We would like to do this through iDocs (called from Data Services)
I do not know what iDocs to use to do the above. Can anyone help?

1) Could you pl. explain me, the sales area data, in BP transaction, comes from where :-
1-a) If the backend system is ECC then does it comes automatically in this section after initial download of BUPA_MAIN adapter object.
1-b) And if I create customer with role Sold-to-party in CRM only, then how to get this sales area data.
1-c) The Organisation Structure which I have maintained in PPOMA_CRM for my sales org./distribution channel/division, will
it come in this BP transaction.
2) Also, if I am creating my Product only in CRM system not replicated from ECC system, then where do I maintain Sales and distribution
data, as there is no tab for the product created in CRM.
Kindly clarify. I tried google these issues but not got any satisfactory solution.

i have a question about SAP/BI and SAP/CRM. I actually don't understand why a costumer need a BI-Module to expand his CRM. I know that the combination from these two Moduls are an analytical CRM, but where are the difference, where is the benefit? Could someone give me some background information why it´s necessary or useful?

Our company implemented the Interactive Reporting in CRM DEV system and all functions work fine. But when we tried to move it to QAS system by transportation system, it failed with following errors, mainly in BI content(Datasource) part.
In our DEV system, all relevant Datasource are collected in RSA6 in CRM side, and the replicated DS/Infosource by RSOR in BW side. Their package were also changed from $TMP to a Z package.
We've followed all steps in BB Guide C41. Our CRM version is 7.0 EHP2.
Now I wonder if the Interactive Reporting is supposed to move to QAS/PROD by transportation or manually install the BI Contents in each target system? Anybody who can share your experience is highly appreciated.

I have a requirement to design template for business users to create quotations easily in SAP CRM Web UI. Users requirement is to default some values at header /item level based on sales org specific. The template has to help to achieve this requirement. I checked SPRO, there is SALT - sales order template transaction type. My requirement is to include template in the existing quote types. Any help or documentation will be greatly appreciated.
