HR Master data replication from R3 to CRM

Hi All,

We have a job rhaleni in R3 system which run in update mode for object type P ,and infotypes :IT0000,IT0001,IT0002,IT0105.

when this job had run this time some employee data was processed properly where as idocs for some employees showed the below error in CRM system.

under Status Record  51 With following messages:

1)HR: ALE inbound processing for HR master data

2)Error: insertion of infotype 5585 (return code 6 )

3)Error: insertion of infotype 5581 (return code 6 )

4)Error: insertion of infotype 5580 (return code 6 ).

Can any one help what can be the issue for this employees .I have checked that data for above four infotypes and it is nearly same for all employees.Help will be highly appreciated.
