CTI call Wrap up stop

Hello Experts,

 

During CTI call when we ACCEPT a call confirm any data and then END the call and then press "END" button then it clears the CTI data from the communication data box on the upper right side.

 

But now our requirement is that when we click END then we want to do based on custom valdiation if its fails then we trigger error message and then CTI call should not END and it should remain at WRAP UP status only..

 

I know CL_CRM_MCM_SESSION=>ON_CONTACT_EVENT_HANDLER trigger when we click on END but how to ehnance this part or is ther eany BADI/or any other class to do this check?
