Custom field on Sales Area through AET not getting created properly

Hi Experts,

I had created one custom field on Sales Area for Account. I was able to create the custom field and everything is successful. But my problem is the created custom field gets created in table BUT000 instead of Sales Area specific table. This makes the field as sales area independent but I want this to be sales area dependent. While creating the field through AET, I was not given any option for choosing the sales area specific BO instead I was getting the BO BUT000 to choose.

We are sitting on CRM 7 Ehp1 (SAPKU70106).
