Dump on activity deletion.

Hi All,

      I am getting a dump on deletion of an activity from WebUI which goes like this-:

    Am at a total loss as to why/how is it occuring. We have indeed enhanced the activity component bt126h_appt.

     Any help/suggestion regarding where I should look for the inconsistency is welcome.
