Problem with logon to CRM WebUI

Hi experts,

 

After assigning a new user to a busniess role in transaction PPOMA_CRM (for a newly set organization). The user can't log into CRM, error message: Logon is not possible because you have not been assigned to a business role; contact your system administrator. BUT we did assign a business role in PPOMA_CRM.

 

For all other organizations this works but not for this newly set up organization. What did we forget?

 

It does work when we add the parameter CRM_UI_PROFILE in the User Master with the correct business role, but we do not need to assign this paramater to users for the other organizations, it works anyway.

 

See picture below, first how it's working in other organizations and second and third how it works and don't works for the newly set up organization:

Any ideas? We have compared the new organization with the others in PPOMA_CRM but can't find any differences....
