Hi Experts,
we've set up an approval workflow for which approval tasks can be seen in the workflow tasks e.g. on the 'homepage' assignment block or in the Worklist area of the WebUI.
This is working fine.
But unfortunately all incoming emails are also seen in that assignment block, which is not wanted by the customer.
How can we filter out the incomind emails out of these workflow tasks? We have not found a standard way to do that via customizing so far.
We cannot stop the email tasks in general because they're needed in the IC Inbox, so the tasks themselves need to be created, since they're used in IC Inbox but should not be seen as tasks in the Workflow Task blocks.
Is there any standard way to filter this or is a BadI needed in this case? (we're having release 7.20)
