Activate BDOCs for SAP BW Adapter - Delta queues?

Hi,

We are extracting SAP CRM Service Orders to SAP BW (0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H and 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I).

The initial load is working perfectly fine, the problem is the changes on a CRM document aren't creating BDOCs so the delta-queue (RSA7) stays empty.

Is there any special procedure to activate BDOCs (BUS_TRANS_MSG) for the BW Adapter?

I have found a lot of similar threads here about the same issue but never found a relevant answer.
