Archived Business Partners in ECC

Hi Experts,

We are in CRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 . We replicate the Business Partners from ECC to CRM . Due to some reasons we do the BUPA_MAIN initial Load every week.

 

Noticed during the initial load , BDOCS pertaining to the archived business partners error out with the error-No changes made and No Status information is available.

 

Business Partners got archived in CRM as well but the BDOCS still error out during the weekly initial load.

 

Is there any way to make sure the BDOCS do not error out for the archived business Partners .

Advance Complaint Creation - Org Data & Pricing Issue

Hi,

 

I’ve configured Advance returns in CRM with complaints for this purpose I’ve done the following settings

 

  1. Defined Transaction type for Adv Complaints e.g. ZARM.
  2. Defined Main item category for Adv complain – ZCPL.
  3. Defined Item category for Return Order and Credit Memo.
  4. Maintained item category determination and assigned R/3 Order type and item Category for (r/3 order type and item category with same name).
  5. Maintained copy control for ZRO1 and assigned R/3 Order type and item category.

 

After this, when I am trying to create Advance complaint with reference to ECC Sales Order I am getting following error messages:

Organizational data from reference transaction does not fit transaction

Pricing: Local currency missing

 

I’ve checked the Sales Order and the Sales Area which is Sales Org 1000,  Sales Office 1001, Sales Group 101 and replicated the same settings in PPOMA_CRM for the test user that I’ve used to login in Web-UI. But I am still getting the error for Organizational data.

 

For Pricing error I’ve executed initial load for DNL_CUST_PRICE which completed successfully but I still see the error message while executing the transaction.

 

Would appreciate any inputs on resolving this. Attached the document with details of settings.

CRM_ORDER_SAVE- gt_plan_exets not populated

Hi All

 

I am trying to update the service agreement Item details by using the CRM_ORDER_READ,CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN and CRM_ORDER_SAVE function modules. However, the updated data is not getting saved. I debugged CRM_ORDER_SAVE and found that the gt_plan_exets is not getting populated. Could you please enlighten me with the possible reasons for the above table of being INITIAL.

Open Explorer (windows) from CRM button

hi,

 

i'm already using the Javascript function window.open to open dynamic URL's form the CRM's webgui by clicking a button.

 

But now, i have to implement the requirement to open a directory in the explorer (on windows) from the CRM's webgui. This directory is dynamic, and can depend on BP number for instance.

 

Is there an easy way (Javascript or system command?) to achieve this ?

getting sales order error

We are getting sales order error as

Pricing document could not be created Sales area SORG.DE49 06 00 is not permitted for transaction type

The document  uploaded from the external system and transferred to crm where sales order generated.

We chewcked and found that the particular sales area not assigned to the Transaction type and the same

We already maintain the setting in CRM but still the error exist.

We have mass number of orders in error status our CRM system.

Could you please help us how to solve the error.

Shall we go for order deletion or rejection or and to upload the file again.

If it is then what the transaction/Program we need to follow.

Pricing on Configurable Products

Hi,

 

I wonder if the price of a configurable product can be calculated based upon the BOM item prices... even though I turn off the BOM explosion.

 

Let me explain the scenario...

 

Background:

My company is having an eCommerce solution built on top of WCEM (Webchannel Experience Management) where we sell both "stand alone items" as well as configurable products (as a sales support tool to create the BOM - which then ends up with the items that also could be ordered as stand alone items). In other words - the configurable products is only "another way" of creating the cart.

 

Now - this scenario works perfectly fine, meaning that if have the following two products:

Product A = 100 USD

Product B = 200 USD

 

I will get the total price of 300 USD, regardless if I put these 2 products into the cart directly:

Product A - 100 USD

Product B - 200 USD

 

or... if I configure a configurable product - which BOM explosion result in the same 2 products:

Configurable Product X

   Product A (BOM Item) - 100 USD

   Product B (BOM Item) - 200 USD

 

Now - due to some specific setup on the SAP ECC side which is a bit hard to explain in a short way I don't want the configurable product to explode... in the cart - but I still want the pricing to be calculated in the same way as IF the configurable product did explode.

 

So - in the example above I would like to do my configuration of Product X and see the price 300... but I don't want it to explode in the cart / sales order which is replicated to ECC.

 

Is this possible without using any "variant conditions"?

 

We are currently maintaining customer material unique prices... And... we would actually want to re-use the exactly same priceconditions as we have maintained for the products if they were ordered as stand alone products.

Product Master enhancement - New Fields not editable in WebUI

Hi,

 

We want to add new fields for Alternative ID for Product view  and enter the values from WebUI. However  after the enhancement, these fields are not editable on Webui and the field value says "ZProdSetZCMS_CNK_ALTID not bound"

 

What i did:

 

1. Created a new settype ZCMS_CNK_ALTID  with 2 attributes. This has automatically created fields in BOL model.

2. Enhanced the component PRD01OV and  in view PRD01OV/CustomHeader i  added a new context node  and linked this with  BOL .

3. Then for the 2 fields i generated getter and setter methods .

4. Created configuration for this view  and added the 2 fields.

 

Now the two fields are  visible on WebUI but not editable . it says not bound. I dont know what kind of binding is required. These fields need to be filled manually from WebUI, thats our requirement. 

 

another interesting find is, if the fields are entered first from GUI , then it becomes editable from WebUI also.

 

Let me know if i have missed anything.

Error 403, sap crm groupware instalation

Hi,

 

When I try to install SAP CRM Groupware instalation (Personalize, Install sincronozation software), error 403, service cannot be reached appears.

 

In SICF i have cheked taht service crm_act_gwsync and crm_logon are active. Also, the user has assigned a employee, and belongs to the organizational model.

 

Any idea which can the error be?

To Enable Attachment Tab

Dear Friends,

 

We are using SAP CRM 5.0 and Enterprise portal as front end for users.Users are accessing the work list though EP using standard BSP program.

In work list i found that "ATTACHMENT" tab is disabled, mean its not available for users so user can not view or upload any documents.

Please guide me how to enable the attachment tab in work list.

Hello All,

               I am stuck with a problem.We have enhanced  the component 'BT120H_CPL' (complaint over view page) to add the action button on the toolbar and when we click the action button it's displaying the standard columns and the custom columns which we have added.

 

 

                But my question is can we implement the sort and filter option for the columns in the poup.

Technical details.

 

COMPONENT NAME:  BT120H_CPL

VIEWNAME:BT120H_CPL/OVViewSet

EVENT:EH_ONPPFACTION

 

       In this event class it calling this 'CL_CRM_UIU_BT_ACTION_TOOLS' for triggering the popup and

 

this is the standard code

 

mr_ppf_action_popup = ir_wd_manager->create_decision_popup(

          iv_title = lv_title

          iv_description = lv_descr

          iv_visible_row_count = lv_lines

          iv_display_table = mt_ppf_actions

          iv_visible_columns = lt_col_def ).

 

My question is can we implement the sort and filter for the columns in this popup.

CREATE_DECISION_POPUP : how to sort and filter on columns ?

hi,

 

we have implemented the

comp_controller->window_manager->create_decision_popup( .... )


We also add the SORT = 'X'  to the column definition of the data in the popup.


When we run it in the WebUI the sort icons are visible and clickable, but the data is not refreshed and sorted after clicking.


How can we solve it ?

And how can we add filter options to the popup ?

Am looking at some documentation on the OOTB CRM web services provided in the ESR.

 

I would be interested in knowing more on how to implement and expose services like ServiceRequestCRMxxx, Interactions, etc.

 

Can anyone of you share a bit of background on the level of effort generally required to make just one of these services to work? Can you share your appreciation of level of efforts required?

Maintain 'From' address for Email work centre

Folks,

I am trying to maintain 'From' addresses, which can be selected by the agent in IC agent role while sending outbound email. I have tried to maintain outbound email addresses in  SAP Easy Menu-->Interaction Centre-->ERMS--> Maintain Sender E-mail addresses. But these addresses are not shown in the From fields. Any idea if any other config is missing?

1) Desktop Connection for SAP CRM: How to map multiple CRM transaction types for an Appointment?

Hi all,


Background:

CRM webUI user can select the activity transaction type via pop-up (in our case: Customer Visit, Customer Call, Meeting) when creating an Appointment in CRM webUI. Standard implementation/mapping of “Desktop Connection for SAP CRM” allows only one CRM transaction type e.g. for Appointments. However there is the possibility to differentiate the Activity Category in “Desktop Connection for SAP CRM” Outlook-Addin-UI.

 

Question:

How is it possible to allow the user to select the appropriate CRM transaction type during creation of an appointment in “Desktop Connection for SAP CRM” Outlook-Addin-UI?

different button for different bussniess roles

Hi All,

 

I have 4 bussiness roles having same role config key, When the user login with these roles, they can see the same screen, same assignment block, same data, but the button appears on assignment block and overview page is different. (i have requirement to show different button for different bussniess roles).

Offline capabality options in CRM ?

I'm looking at what offline capabilities are available in CRM. Initial browsing I found the below options

 

1. Adobe Interactive Forms

2. Sales Manager

 

Our requirement in a nutshell is for the field officer to be able to create SR/activities in remote locations with no connectivity and the data to sync with CRM when connectivity available.

Not Able to display BTPartner/PartnerSelListByName as a popup in new field.

Hi Experts,

 

In bsp component BT115QH_SLSQ,

I want to display selection list popup in new AET field (sold to party 2) as displayed in sold to partyfield of standard.
if the user search for *A* and hits enter it should show popup with relevant data.
i checked the code for GET_P_SOLDTO_NAME but didn't found any handler function for enter.


I want to know where I well get code related to this in standard BSP component (BT115QH_SLSQ).

Change UI configuration dynamically when ever user selects a new value in a drop down field in WebUI

I enhanced the standard activity component (i.e BT126S_APPT ). In this component, in BT126S_APPT/ApptSQ view there is a field 'PROCESS_TYPE' which is a dropdown. I have created a server event for this dropdown. So that whenever user selects a value in that dropdown, a event is called and after that DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION is called. In DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION, I am checking the value of 'PROCESS_TYPE' and based on that i am setting different config keys, by calling SET_CONFIG_KEYS( ). But the configuration is not changing in WebUI. When I press F2 in WebUI its showing the config keys( searched for ) as I set, but the found config keys are same as before. I have created the configuration with the new configuration keys. Please help, I am new to crm.
