BP Number is not coming when creating Org. Unit ?

Hi Experts,

 

                  I am creating an Org Unit, using the T.Code PPOCA_CRM. I have created one Org Unit.

 

But the problem is BP number is not coming as shown in the picture below : - OrgUnit BP.jpg

See the ID of my Org. Unit is coming which is  O 50017026 but Business partner column is empty but at the same time when I check already created Org unit by SAP it's BP number appears as shown below : ---

Why is this problem coming , So does it means the Org Unit which I have created It is not created as a Business Partner ? If it's the case, what is it then ?

 

Does this problem has anything to do with the number range and assignment of it to Org units ?

 

What are the step I need to do that my Org unit created as a Business Partner in the system ?

 

Can someone guide please ?

view not copied or enhanced with wizard processing not possible

Hi All,

 

i am trying to add a value  attribute for search context node by right clicking then wizard opened when i enter

attribute name and ddic type and i clicked on completed it is showing

"view not copied or enhanced with wizard processing not possible" in a pop up

i know that we need to maintain entries in  BSP_WD_EXT_HIST table but here problem is my component is custom

component. so i have no choice to fill the entries of SRC_CONTROLLER and SRC_CONTEXT in this table

 

 

 

Kindly  any one help on this issue. Any help really Appreciated.

Using Wizard I created search page. My requirement is I have to display all fields in result view and which scrollable. How to achieve this. I didn't find HTMl for that.

Replication data from crm to ecc

Hi Experts,

 

I have a custom fields in BUT000. For each custom fields I have a individual ID types. When I create a Account with custom fields in Web UI those custom data will be replicated it into BUT0ID.

 

EX:   BUT000      BUT0ID

         zfield1        zfieldtype1

         zfield2        zfieldtype2 

         zfield3        zfieldtype3

Default search operators for custom field - ChaRM 7.1

I have a custom field on the Request for Change.  The search operator drop-down selection box only has "IS" as a choice.  I need to use "CONTAINS".

 

How do I add additional search operators for custom fields?

 

Search Screen details:

     Package: AI_CRM_CM_UI

     Application Component: SV-SMG-CM

     UI Component: AIC_CMCR_S

     View: AIC_CMCR_S/CMSR

     Context Node: SEARCH

CRM Implementation Benefits/Returns

Hi all, I am looking for some benchmarks / metrics indicating which could be the benefits and or improvements (qualitative/quantitative) for a company after implementing SAP CRM Sales, Interaction Center and Customer 360 view (i.e. sales growth, customer satisfaction, etc.).

SAP CRM standard FM insert error

Hello Experts:

 

We are using SAP CRM 6.0.The current issue is with FM /SMLSD/GEN_CALL_LIST. But the Error occurs when the the standard FM executed CRM_ORDER_H_UPDATE_DU and the code tries to update CRM_ORDERADM_H from table It_Records_to_insert, then if there is any duplicate record exists in CRM_ORDERADM_H, then it throws dump. Could someone please update the solution details so that we can go for further discussion.

Stop Function for Each CRM Search :Note 2044841

Hello Experts,

 

We have implemented SAP note from new SAP CRM enhancements 2044841 :- Stop Function for Each CRM Search .Cancel button appears properly as below:-

But not working as expected. When I click on cancel button it gives popup having options

1)Leave this page and

2)Stay on this page.

When I click on stay on this page system starts search functionality again until it shows the whole results list, means not reload the search window by stopping search(which is the actual thing that required).

I have gone through the presentation video  ( https://sap.emea.pgiconnect.com/p1xugoj3442/?launcher=false&fcsContent=true&pbMode=normal),in which functionality is described only ,not shown by performing this cancel button ,And have been told that after cancel you will redirect to home page or search page according to your settings maintained, Not given  any idea where to maintained these settings.

Kindly provide any valuable input ASAP.

Business partner(employee) is not replicated from ECC to CRM

Hello Experts:


The Business partner Not replicated in CRM.Two Sales organization have been maintained for the employee for the different time lines in ECC.Checked the BDOCs and the validation error occur in FM CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL .The BDOCs message was saying the BPGUID was missing .Could anyone please suggest what could be the root cause of the data not replicated from ECC to CRM.

application  An exception occurred during the internal HTTP communication”.

Dear Experts,

 

 

We have Lead to opportunity scenario (B2B) in our crm system (Sap version
7.0 ), Marketing persons are unwilling to create the Leads in the system, as they get mass visiting cards (from one tradeshow) and it is a pain entering so many leads, Accounts and Contacts in the system.

 

For better usage of B2B scenario would like to enhance ELM  (External List Management).

 

In webui screen under marketing pro business role navigation profile  Mapping Formats  is not there even tcode CRMD_MKTLIST_MAP is not exist.

Dump created due to Visit list Replication error SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

Hello Experts:

 

The dump is created in CRM due to the Visit list job terminated from ECC.The error details "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" or "CX_SY_DB_OPEN_SQL_DB".The Line Where dump is created "INSERT crmd_orderadm_h FROM TABLE it_records_to_insert".

 

 

Could you please anyone suggest.

How to add attachments for Activity Header and for partners?

Hi Consultants,

 

I am new to CRM, My requirement is I have to add attachments as URL and File in activity or lead in Salespro. I have observed from CRMD_ORDER_MAINTAIN but no break-point triggers for this. I searched and found that cl_crm_documents->create_url or some methods in that. But it does not works for me.
Any sample code expecting to reach my object.

IC Session out Notification pop up and countdown shows

HI Experts ,

 

1.    I want to show session out notification pop-up before session over at IC .

Helpful link :Session Time out warning message on UI   : This help to achieve pop up only

 

1.1  I want to fetch session over time from table as our development,  test , production server has diff.  time setup for auto seesion over so i want to fetch

       from system and would set automatic without adding hard code for time set .

 

2.    I  want that when pop-up appear then a clock/Count down should display rest of time .

 

3     I want there should be two button at pop up "Ok" and 'Cancel' if user select "Ok" then session reset without clicking over any screen element like        "link "or "drop down "etc and if user click on "cancel" then nothing happen and session log out at its time .

 

I have followed below link but when i tried to enhance BSP app : IC_BASE then i am unable to enhance this component and getting "Repository can not copy for this enhancement " message ... Please help !!!

Billing Plan for Service Contract

Hi All,

 

we are creating the service Contract using the CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FM.

I am able to insert product details and Item details successfully.

 

But when I am trying to add BILLING PLAN its thorwing runtime Error.

 

PFB my code. Kindly guide me if I missed something.

Please note that I tried to find from debugging the CRMD_ORDER, but more parameters are coming. I couldn't find from where those are generated.

 

Any help in this regard will be great help.

Search by CRM account postal code doesn't work without quotes

Hello,

 

We acticvated simple / central search in CRM with TREX. Search works kind of fine.

 

But when we want to search for a postal code, it doesn't work unless we put it in quotes. So for example, searching:

  • Hospital 13005 -> gives no result
  • Hospital "13005" -> finds the results we want

 

We don't want our users to have to put postal codes in quotes. How to do this? Is that possible?

 

[Technical explaination]

This is due to ADJUST_SEARCH_TEXT method of the CL_CRM_GENIL_ES class (called by the EXECUTE_QUERY method of the CL_CRM_GENIL_ES class when executing the search): it adjusts the text from "Hospital 13005" to "Hospital*13005", although it should do this only for IDs (originally, the system does this in order to handle leading zeros in IDs and other similar fields)

 

In debug mode, if "Hospital*13005" is changed back to "Hospital 13005", everything works fine, and we get the expected results.


We contacted SAP but they said it works as designed... (for me, postal code shouldn't be considered as an ID-like attribute and the system shouldn't try to handle leading zeros with it.)

In order to achieve what we want, in ESH_MODELER transaction we tried to copy the BBPCRM > [CRM] > [CRM-MD] > [CRM-MD-BP] > CRM_ACCOUNT software component in order to check the "Contains Text" flag of the POSTL_COD1 attribute of the BUILADDRESS node. But it still doesn't work.

 

Any idea on how to achieve what we would like to do?

UserID to territory mapping

Hello all,

 

I want to automate the authorization for some BW reports related to CRM. The authorization is based on territory nodes (a copy of the CRM hierarchy is in the BW). Therefore, I'm looking for a mapping between CRM userids and territory and then load it into an ODS.

How to read custom settype attribute from product/item

Hello everybody,

I created a custom settype and assigned it to a category in transaction comm_hierarchy. THe settype contains just one bool attribute.

In transaction I created a product and set the value for this attribute.

 

I added this produkt to an existing order in CRMD_ORDER.

 

In genil model browser i found the standard relation and attributes for the product (BTItemProductExt) but I can't find the custum attribute.

 

I need to get the information of the custom attribute in ABAP. How can get it?
