I am experiencing an issue during the data cleansing. We are on CRM 7.0 EPH2. I have implemented note 1702041, made sure that BUSWU02 is ok. (both CLEARING and CLEAR_REP).
That all seems to work well, if I am merging two accounts into one I do see for example the contacts, the marketing attributes and the activities that should be merged. (All under referenced data) However, if one of my users tries to merge it, they do not see the contacts, the marketing attributes and the activities.
We are both using the same business role in the web_ui, have the same profile and still in the WEBUI I see more referenced data than my key user....
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this??
