Hi,
we do have a requirement to show the interaction record history on the Account overview page in a tree view. My initial tought is that we can resuse the agent inbox tree view (ICCMP_INBOX/InboxItems). Instead of creation a new component, as in the tree view we can see the traffic lights and so on.
I think we need to pass the parameters to the query as in the normal search screen and then show the results in the tree view.
Is this possible and how?
