radio buttons creation

Hi All,

I need to create two radio buttons in form view.

I refered below links

I did the code same like in this link.

That's fine.But With this code the radio buttons are displaying like below

Doc type: Button 1 ( )  Button 2 ( )

But i need to display these buttons like below

Button 1( )

Button 2( ).

Please let me know how to display the radio buttons Like above

Please give me helpful suggestions how to solve this issue.
