Disable buttons on Overview page

Hi,

I have a requirement to disable all the buttons of all the assignment blocks expect for one assignemt block on the overview page. Is there any possiblity to do this by enhancing only one Standard component ( Overveiew page bsp ) and disable buttons all the buttons within the enhanced component itself.
