Action : Start Condition Is Not Fulfilled

Hi All ,

We configured Actions for sending notification and it has been working fine

but it has started giving some problem .Even though the start conditions are maintained the action is not getting triggered .

if I try to trigger it manually it gives me error "Start Condition Is Not Fulfilled" .

Other actions in the same profile are working fine .

--->> multiple actions were using the same start conditions , I tried to remove other actions but still its not working .
