Hello,
After deleting the a "Startup Application" and the "Start page" attribute from the Technical Profile, the polling service was stopped.
The default values here were "CRMCMP_IC_FRAME" and "start.htm".
This setting can be reached via: SPRO->Customer Relationship Management->UI Framework->Technical Role Definition->Define Technical Profile.
Does this start.htm page start the SAM Polling service?
I assume that the polling service itself is provided by the 'SAM_NOTIFYING' bsp page with the sam_polling.js javascript.
How can the SAM polling service be integrated to our customer Web UI component, which is called first after the successfull login to the CRM system.
