User/Badi exit for Change Document Creation

Hi Experts,

I am looking for user/badi exits for Change Document creation for Business Partners.

I would like to have some custom code whenever a change document is created (when the business partner is edited) so that I can track the changes according to my business requirements.

Please let me know if there is any user/badi exit which will solve my problem.

Any pointers in that direction will also be helpful.
