Dear expert,
I have the following requirement which I am not able to configure so far:
We are using the IC webclient with the utilities lean profile (function profile IUICMDC) meaning technical data like premises etc. are fetched from ISU during account identification.
However, during the account identification, the contact person should also be searched and confirmed but does not seem to work. As with other identification profiles, I do not get a result list with contact person which are found at the confirmed account.
Anyone any idea if this is possible at all?
And if so, what do I need to do to get this working?
