We are trying to download Utility contracts from ISU to CRM.
We have done all the necessary config and generated the everh entries. We have run individual requests for si_contract and these work fine.
However we are now trying to do a larger request of 2000 contracts. However as soon as an error occurs such as "Business Agreement could not be found" the CRM inbound queue SMQ2 goes to sysfail and all the remaining entries are stopped. In this case we would expect a bdoc error to be generated but the rest of the entries to continue processing as is the with BUAG downloads for example where a BP cannot be found.
There must be some setting to overcome t his otherwise it means when I do my full load with requests of 100k entries every time there's an error the whole queue will stop.
This can't be right?
