Hi Guys,
We are working on a scenario involving service confirmations in CRM and while changing one such Service confirmation status to 'Complete' (Header status), I got a replication error "Partners from account group 0002 are not permitted for partner function BP (Notification E VPD 000)"
Can someone please throw some light on this issue? The complete log is as under (main issue in italics).
Error in system PPDCLNT010 while copying the document
Transmission log
- Document is posted under number 1002198301 (Notification S BK 003)
- Partners from account group 0002 are not permitted for partner function BP (Notification E VPD 000)
- Sales document was not changed (Notification E V4 219)
What settings in CRM or ECC should I be looking under? I also tried to find out what the number 1002198301 is in ECC but no joy there.
