Errors during Task Sync : OL to CRM

Desktop Connection SP04:

We have a custom transaction type for Task (YTA1). In spro settings, under Profile Assignments, we maintained only this task.

1. We can sync from CRM to OL successfully, but when we try to make any changes in OL and sync back to CRM, a strange error appears:

"The new value for Status field is not allowed".

We are not trying to make any changes to status. When we try to edit any field, this error occurs.

2.  When we try to create a new task in OL and sync to CRM, it gets created with custom Tx type, but strangely appears under "Open Appointments".

Any hints on how to resolve these errors?

Or should we raise an OSS to SAP..?
