Hello CRM experts,
An employee recently left the company and we set the Flag for archiving for that individual's BP record but now we are having trouble creating any follow-up transactions. We get the error below:
We can edit the transaction but then have to manually change the employee responsible and then create the follow-up transaction. I have a few questions that I'm hoping could be clarified.
Question 1. Will this error message always appear when BP has been archived?
Question 2. Does the employee responsible have to be manually changed in the transaction before proceeding to creating a follow-up transaction?
Question 3. Is it possible to create a follow up transaction (while keeping the referenced transaction with the same archived BP) and the follow-up with the current employee responsible?
