SAP Groupware Client " Could not transfer e-mail to SAP CRM"

Hi Experts,

We have installed SAP GWI client of version 10.30.02 on SAP CRM 702 . When the end users are trying to transfer mail to CRM , the end users are getting error pop-up " Could not transfer e-mail to SAP CRM" . We are using IE11 . The end users who have IE8 are not getting errors and both mail and calendar sync are  working fine.

Attached is the error the end users  are getting.

We have implemented the following notes as part of the functional guide but the issue is not corrected.

1. 2053131 - BTF editor functionality for IE 11
2. 2073771 - Mail form not displayed in BTX editor in latest IE versions.
3. 2080820 - CRM Email  Contact details and address search window doesn’t open.
4. 1786986 - BTF Editor  double tidy before parsing html content
5. 1793552 - BTF Editor multiplies content
6. 1795958 - BTF Editor warning message when content is filtered
7. 1813520 - Email content filtered or replaced by warning message
8. 1858098 - Contents of incoming email are deleted with error message  Document has been deleted because it may have contained non-secure objects
9. 1961454 - Document has been deleted due to insecure content
10. 2002139 - BTF editor  Document has been deleted insecure content
11. 2050179 - BTF Editor  Document has been deleted due to non-secure objects

We have opened a SAP message but no solutions yet.  Any suggestions are high appreciated.
