Friends,
I've done the configuration for creation advance return complaints in CRM with reference to ECC Sales Order or Billing document.
As a part of the set-up I've maintain the return reasons, refund codes and follow-up activities in ECC system.
Later I tried to replicates (import) these changes into CRM system by running the following middle-ware objects:
CRM_ARM_CODES,
CRM_ARM_CODES1,
CRM_ADM_CODES2
The job ran successfully but I still don't see the return reason or follow-up activity in the drop-down in web-ui. Wondering what am I doing incorrectly.
