USING LORD API TO ADD NEW ITEM in ECC FROM CRM

hi CRM Gurus,

My requirement is from CRM users want to cancel one or more items in a sales order , i should be able to create a corresponding cancel line item in ECC for that order . we are trying to achieve this through LORD API , is it possible ? if any one knows the steps please give some ideas.. we are in ECC 6.0 EHP2 , CRM 7.0 EHP2 ..

Before cancelling the items i also do perform delivery checks , previous cancel status etc..
