Sales Forecasting solution

Hi gurus

I have a request to set a planification tool for sales.

I investigate an there is standar application within SAP CRM for planning.

One is Account Planning (Top-down planification) and the other one Sales Planning.

But I have a lot of questions about it, hopefully you can help me to clear it.

1. Is it necessary for BPS applications (planification tools) to have BI-BW system? or Can we use BW tools provided in CRM 7.0?

2. For account planning, which are the standard InfoCubes and Planning Profiles provided for CRM solution?

3. Is there any step by step for this configuration?, Under what path are located planning infocubes?
