Deleting EEC User stops data flow of customers to CRM-SMP-REX

Good Day

 

We have a user who used to have access to both ECC and CRM via SMP and REX.

The ECC username was deleted and this automatically delimited HR Info Record 0105.

 

Since then the user does not get any data in SMP and REX although the relationships to the customers are still visible in CRM.

 

We have activated the end date in HR Info Record 0105 again and sent with PFAL to CRM, but still no data visible in SMP when syncing to REX.

 

Any advice or suggestions will be highly appreciated.
