I am SAP SD Consultant , did CRM Functional Online Training in Dec,2013. I have not practical experience of SAP CRM. Fortunately by grace of GOD i got an opportunity of CRM Module implementation in University . I need help from any friend who has prior experience of implementation of SAP CRM in any university. Please share any document , BBP which help me to understand the process effectively.
