Hi,
I am not able to save text(any TDID) for a certain Item Category(no error messages) of Product Service Letter, but able to save text for all other item categories(service orders and all).
I debugged SAVE_TEXT and CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN FMs , compared it with the scenarios where it is working fine but could not find anything going wrong.
Can it be a security issue? If yes, how can I confirm?
