Determination of Date Types in SAP CRM Appointment Activity

Hello All,

How the Determination of Date Types( Planned Date, Actual Date ) is done automatically in SAP CRM.

Actually we have Planned Date be default in our Landscape.

But in Client Landscape is Actual Date.

Because of this differentiation the START TIME and END TIME is not getting changed through the BAPI BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI.

I would like to know how to determine Default Date type( Planned Date, Actual Date ) in SAP CRM based on Process Type.

Could any body please provide the function module for this based on this I need to provide APPT_TYPE as ORDERACTUAL or ORDERPLANNED in

the program coding.
