i have done configuration for service orders in sap crm and everything is working well.I can also create a follow up(task) on the same service order and send it to the intended recipient.My question ,team,is how can i escalate the task to another person if the person that i want to send to is not available/In simple terms can someone help me with the config for automatic escalation of tasks/follow up if ,to the next person in hierachy if the task has not been attended to in the given time frame.
