I am configuring Grants Management in CRM for the first time.
Requirement: To make changes in the agreement created without creating a web request form
I went through the sap help library to understand the entire process of grants management. I am able to create agreement from an application form. Now, I want to make changes in this agreement. If I am not wrong, the process to make changes in an agreement is to create a change request form and on completion/approval of this change request, the necessary changes are copied to the agreement. But, I am not able to create a new change request form as there is no create button available for the same on Web UI.
Also, I have full access of authorization object CRM_GAP.
Can anyone tell me , what is the standard process to create change request in WEBUI.
(will it be created automatically on some event?)
