Need to restrict business partners who is having display role

Hi All,

Here i am getting pop up it display all the business partner numbers with their name.

in this i need to ignore the users who is having display role and we should not ignore if user

has lead position with display role.

so here i need to restrict all the display users but not lead users( this lead user is having display role)

so can any one tell me which tables and which function modules i need to use.

Here how to find out business partner has display role or not and how to find out his position whether he is lead or not

please kindly suggest me solution.
