BP Address replication mapping table

Hi All

We replicate business partner between CRM and ERP. Our business partners have the same number range on both systems so it is easy to identify.

My questions is, if a BP has multiple addresses, is there a mapping table that I can check to see which address number on a BP in CRM maps to which address on the BP on ERP?
