We have upgraded CRM system to CRM 7.0 EHP2 and after that we are facing strange performance issues.
We have launch transaction for IW51 to create notifications and users are attaching the documents through CRM Web UI with GOS available in IW51 Transactions. System is experience performance issue just to open the attachment window where users can choose create,attachment list and other listed options.After that creating the attachment also is too much slow which is affecting all front office operations.
Front Office uses IE9, with Windows 7 32 bit PC and Java 7.17 version.
Same PC, issue is not happening for all users and some times same user is able to attach without facing much performance issue.
Kindly help us to resolve this issue as it is affecting the business operations very badly.
