Replication data from crm to ecc

Hi Experts,

I have a custom fields in BUT000. For each custom fields I have a individual ID types. When I create a Account with custom fields in Web UI those custom data will be replicated it into BUT0ID.

EX:   BUT000      BUT0ID

         zfield1        zfieldtype1

         zfield2        zfieldtype2 

         zfield3        zfieldtype3
