CRM Web UI: Problem -> Incident Update don't works

Hi experts,

 

we use Solman 7.1 IT Servicemanagement based on Web UI.

 

Now we would like to implement the type ZMPR (Problem).

As I've understood correctly, this is a message, in which I can collect incidents and update them plentiful.

 

It also seems to work so.

Because when I create a ZMPR, add Incidents to this and lock them, Textes will be copied into the incident after saving.

 

However I've three questions/issues to this.

 

Question 1:

- Write Status of problem into the incident at saving don't works, although we use the same status-scheme.

I always get an error on action "Update Statuses".

The error is like "In accordance with input fields, status cannot be changed".

Does anyone know, how to solve this Problem?

 

Question 2:

- How can I copy the responsible employee of the problem into the incident?

 

Question 3:

- The incident only will be updated after saving.

However, is it also possible to update an incident with all texts and changes of the problem, at adding/locking the incident to the problem?

E.g. Users creates incidents. After this we create a problem to collect all similar incidents and describe the solution.

However, it maybe that other users create incidents after saving the solution into the problem.

So when I add the new incident into the problem, the user of this incident would not get the solution of this, because the problem already was saved.

So is there possibility, to update the incident also at adding the incident to the problem?
