FM:CRM_COPY_PROCESS_PREPARE EXCEPTION ISSUE

Hi Experts,

I was using FM CRM_COPY_PROCESS_PREPARE for creating follow-up to copy

quotation details to sales order but i am unable to copy values it is an exception

Could nay one can help in this issue?
