New search selections in Activity Monitor

Hi experts,

 

I'm searching for a report where I can search for all activities created by a specific employee. In transaction "S_AE2_89000019" (Activity Monitor) I found the most of what I'm looking for but I can't search for "created by" which actually is presented in the result list later on:

So I added the field "Created by" in the selection critera and also "Created on" just to avoid heavy loads of data.CRM1.png

But when I enter a specific user and date as below I got following pop up after executing:

So I guess the system is telling me that there are "121095" documents found and if I want all of them I need to press continue. If I have entered some search critera's as above I only want the result presented based on these search critera's. The system seems to ignore my added information in the two new fields. I don't get the above pop up after executing when I run the standard report and added some search criteria there as well. So something isn't right regarding my new added fields. Any ideas? I have a lot less documents in the development system and if I try to run the new fields in there I got the same pop up as above but only 154 documents which means when I press continue I don't get the run time error and can see that the result is based on the specific data I entered in my new fields. Conclusion, in some way my new fields seems to work but not all the way.
