How to filter on patient data?

Hi experts,

We have patient data in ERP that is replicated to CRM and stored under the tab "Sales Area Data" under the account card. See picture below:

In which table can I find this data? I found some information pointed on table "CRMM_ISH_PAT" but the table is not active in our SAP CRM GUI. Is it correct table? If it is, how do I activate the table?

In the end we want to be able to filter on this kind of data in the segmentation part under the marketing module.
