Hello all,
We are facing issues with the Product Catalog Initial Load in SAP CRM 5.0.
This process is cancelling always at the same point (after uploading a specific PDF attachment) and we are suspicious this is a data-related problem.
Some additional information:
1) The error we are getting in SLG1 transaction on the logs is "Error; publication terminated => Content Could not be Read". We have already read thread Error; publication terminated => Content Cou... | SCN as well as SAP Note 544843 but this is not fixing our issue.
2) We have another Catalog using a different variant which is replicating to the exact same IP / Webshop but it is not showing any error. So we disregarded any possible connection / communication problems.
3) We have noticed that during the several attempts to run the Initial Load, the error mentioned above ("Error; publication terminated => Content Could not be Read") is always showing after the attempt to publish a specific PDF document (most likely an attachment to one product available on the catalog). From the SLG1 logs, this entry is missing the extension ".pdf" See below.
4) We also raised a message to SAP and they had us activating the RFC trace for SAPFTP and SAPTFPA destinations but we are looking for any guidance that can help us meanwhile.
To summarize, if you have gone thru this error before and can help us understand how to fix, it will be appreciated.
Otherwise, which may also help us is additional information on how to link the GUIDs above to a specific Product ID / Product GUID / Product Catalog Item GUID. We have searched those GUIDs in tables such as COMM_PRODUCT, COMM_PCAT_ITM, BDSLOIO22 (Logic BDS), BDSPHI022 (Physical BDS) but were unsuccessful yet. We think that mapping the GUID to a specific material will help us verify if there is any data-related problem.
