Create Complaints with Reference to ECC Invoice / External documents.

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement in SAP CRM where we need to Create Complaints with reference to ECC Invoice or External documents.

In our scenario we have to create a Complaint with reference to R3 billing Document, search for the ECC billing document in SAP CRM , select the items from that external document or billing document and Create a complaint.

As far my knoweldge goes with the implementation of Badi CRM_COPY_BADI_EXTERN should help us in referencing to R3 Billing Doc. to CRM.

This Badi has standard imeplementation CRM_COPY_BADI_BILLDO which is active currently, BUT when we search for a billing document in CRM WebUI, in the Debug mode we are uable to get control in standard implementation BADI. So we are unble to create complaint with Reference to R3 Billing.

Are we missing any steps in this?

Do we need to have our own implementation of this Badi to refer R3 Billing document?

We have maintained theFunctional side configurations and assignment of Business Object "BILLDO" , "ERPSD" and "INVOIC" to the Z Transaction type we have maintained.

Please provide the steps for this if anyone has a idea.

Any input will highly be appreciated.

We are using SAP CRM 7.0 EhP2
