Hi experts,
As a sales representative you are working a lot with appointments and other things as leads, opportunities etc. You are making notes in each one. But how can you extract all notes for each activity that is related to one customer? I mean, if you have an appointment with a customer you should check in which stage you and the customer are in and also read about things that has happened in the past, with other words read all notes you or someone else have made for that specific customer. You don't want to enter each activity that has been made by enter each activity and read the notes and then press back and check next activity.
Is there a way where you can print/extract all notes that are related to a specific account in CRM?
